About the Director
Prof. C. Arun Kumar is an experienced Assistant Professor in Commerce, currently serving at SRM IST, Chennai in the Department of Commerce (Honors - International Accounting and Finance). He holds part-time and visiting faculty positions at the University of Madras, LIBA, and Loyola-PULC, with previous roles including Assistant Professor & Head (CS) at Don Bosco Arts & Science College and visiting faculty at Indian Maritime University and Ramakrishna Vivekananda College.
As Director of Arun Academy, he specializes in UGC-NET exam training, and he leads EduTics, an MSME registered firm offering placement assistance and career guidance. Prof. Arun Kumar has published 7 research articles in UGC-Care listed journals, presented at 5 national and 2 international conferences, and serves as a special lecturer for UGC-NET at USAB, University of Madras. Over the past 4 years, he has organized 11 national seminars and 2 international conferences.
Certified as a career coach, Prof. Arun Kumar has guided over 500 students and authored 4 books. He mentors research scholars and students in statistical tools like SPSS and Advanced Excel and has delivered over 49 special lectures on career development, financial, and management topics. His YouTube channel, "Prof. C. Arun Kumar," boasts over 32,000 subscribers.
